Saisei After-School Program
Be part of this exciting intro to Karate class held at your school once a week. Students will learn the basics of Shotokan Karate taught in a kid safe manner learning to build Confidence, Discipline, Coordination, Social Skills and Basic Self Defense.

About Our After-School Program
In our After-School Karate Program your child will be taught in a structured format the principles of Martial Arts mixed with physical activity challenges. Students will learn the basics of Shotokan Karate in a kid safe manner learning to build Confidence, Discipline, Coordination, Social Skills, Basic Self Defense and Anti-Bullying tactics. Students will be taught karate techniques such as punching, kicking and blocking. The Saisei After School Karate Club is offered in sessions and will continue throughout the school year. Classes are held directly after school followed by parent pick up. We are confident that your child will find our program exciting & fun while learning karate!

Additional After-School Karate Information
Coming Events
We have a lot of exciting things happening for our after-school students! In the spring the students will have an opportunity to highlight what they have been learning throughout the school year at the Annual Saisei Spring Rising Tournament.
Also, for those students that have consistently participated in our after-school program, they will have the opportunity to come to the Saisei Dojo for a grading for the next belt color promotion!
In addition, we do also offer our Saisei Karate Summer Program - details will be posted in the Spring!
Additions
Many of our students have requested the option for a karate uniform (Karate Gi). We have now added this option when registering for the after-school program. You can purchase the Karate Uniform (which includes the belt) or you do have the option to choose the belt only.
